Bain & Company SE Asia operates out of our regional hub in Singapore. The Singapore office serves the exciting growth markets of Southeast Asia & South Asia.  We also actively collaborate on  many joint  projects  with Bain offices in the region, from Greater China to Japan, Korea and Australia, to deliver extraordinary results for our local and  multinational clients.

We are constantly looking for highly motivated individuals with strong analytical and interpersonal skills to join our Asian team and contribute to building our success in Asia.

Who do we hire?
We recruit at leading business schools and undergraduate institutions as part of the Bain worldwide system. In addition, we also hire people with industry experience. Successful candidates will demonstrate sustained high performance in professional and educational settings, intellectual curiosity, a strong work ethic and excellent team skills.

We are particularly interested in candidates who have worked or lived in Asia for some time and are able to conduct business in at least one Southeast Asian language. We look for candidates for full-time positions at both the Consultant (MBA) and Associate Consultant (undergraduate) levels as well as highly qualified, seasoned executives to join our team at appropriate levels. Bain SE Asia also has an Associate Consultant Intern (ACI) program. ACI positions are open to undergraduate and graduate (non-MBA) students from top universities in their penultimate year of study.

Our Summer Associate program is open to first year MBA students.
